Contact

Found a bug, have a question, or want to suggest a format we should support? Email is the best way to reach us:

all.convert0001@gmail.com

We read every message and usually reply within a few days.

What to expect

We aim to respond to every email within two to three business days. Bug reports and conversion issues are prioritized, so if something is broken you will typically hear back sooner. Feature requests and format suggestions are collected and reviewed in batches, so a reply may take a little longer — but every suggestion is read and considered.

If your question is urgent, please put the word "urgent" in the subject line so it stands out in the queue. We are a small team, so clear subject lines genuinely help us get to the right messages faster.

Reporting a conversion problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

You normally don't need to send the file itself — and since conversions run entirely on your device, we never see it unless you choose to attach it. Please don't email files containing sensitive personal information.

If the issue is visual — for example, a garbled output image or a layout problem on the page — a screenshot is often more helpful than a written description. You can paste images directly into most email clients.

Requesting a new format

We are always looking to expand the list of supported formats. If there is a file type you wish AllConvert handled, let us know. It helps to mention what software produces the file and roughly how often you need the conversion. Formats that can be handled entirely in the browser with open-source libraries are the easiest to add; formats that require a server-side component are harder to fit into our privacy-first architecture, but we still want to hear about them.

Community feedback

AllConvert is shaped by the people who use it. Many of the formats, quality options, and usability improvements on the site today started as a user email. Whether you have a quick suggestion, a detailed workflow you would like us to support, or just want to say thanks, we appreciate hearing from you.

We do not currently have a public forum or issue tracker, so email remains the single best channel for all feedback. We may follow up with a question or two to make sure we understand your use case before acting on a suggestion.

Before you write

Many common questions — file size limits, browser support, output quality, why a specific format failed — are already answered in the FAQ. Checking there first can save you time, and it keeps our inbox focused on the issues that genuinely need a human reply.
