Reporting a conversion problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

• your browser and version (for example, "Chrome 137 on Windows"),
• the type of file you were converting and the target format you picked,
• the exact error message shown on the file card, if any.

You normally don't need to send the file itself — and since conversions run entirely on your device, we never see it unless you choose to attach it. Please don't email files containing sensitive personal information.
