Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

By using AllConvert (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

AllConvert is a free web-based file converter. All conversions run locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you convert. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial work.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You are solely responsible for the files you convert and the use you make of the output.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversion will produce a perfect result for your specific input. Always keep the original file until you have verified the output.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllConvert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service runs entirely on your device, we have no technical means to recover files lost during a conversion. Total aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, which for a free service is zero.

5. Third-party content and links

The Service displays advertising from Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or sites. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Intellectual property

The AllConvert name, design and original source code are the property of their respective authors. The Service incorporates open-source libraries under their respective licenses (see the About page). Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content you process — your files remain yours.

7. Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may update these terms; substantive changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms shall be construed in accordance with general principles of law applicable in the operator's country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in that country.
